Parish Council Meeting
The meeting was opened at 7.15pm on Monday, 8th December 2008 at Chilworth Infant School.

29.1 Apologies for Absence
Cllr Roy Hogben (GBC).
29.2 Declaration of Personal and Prejudicial Interest
Cllr Burt declared a personal and prejudicial interest in the Parish Field budget as owner of the Field.
29.3 Budget for Financial Year 2009/10
After discussion Cllrs APPROVED a precept for 2009/10 of £11,509 which was a reduction of 8% on the current financial year.
29.4 Date of Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday 12th January 2009 at Chilworth Infant School, commencing at 7.15pm.
