Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting

The meeting was opened at 7.15pm on Monday, 14th June 2004 at Chilworth Infant School.

Present

1. Chairman's Opening Remarks

The Chairman opened the meeting by thanking those present and explaining the reason it was necessary to call an extraordinary meeting.

2. Apologies

Apologies for non attendance were received in respect of Cllrs Allen and McIntyre.

3. Financial Matters

3a. Statement of Accounts for the Year Ending 31 March 2002

Members received and adopted the Statement of Account for the financial year ending 31st March 2002.

Following the adoption of the accounts the Chairman and the Clerk duly signed the accounts.

3b. Statement of Accounts for the Year Ending 31st March 2003

Members received and adopted the Statement of Account for the financial year ending 31st March 2003.

Following the adoption of the accounts the Chairman and the Clerk duly signed the accounts.

3c. Invoices for payment

No other business was transacted.
